Hunting Down the FRANKENFISH in Washington D.C. (Bank Fishing the Tidal Basin)

Out fishing for the elusive MONSTER snakehead in Washington D.C.! Last time I visited the Tidal Basin, I caught virtually every fish that swims there except for the invasive "Frankenfish." After seeing several giants swimming about last time, I had a single goal in mind for today -- CATCH A 10 POUND SNAKEHEAD!!!
