Permit & Cobia Fishing in the Dry Tortugas

In this episode of BlacktipH, my brother Jake Jorgensen goes fishing for Permit and Cobia with Billy Delph in the Dry Tortugas. Billy and Jake started the trip getting crabs from the local shrimp boats. After getting their bait, Billy drove the boat to a nearby wreck to catch permit. While the group was fishing for permit, there were cobia and sharks all over the place!
